Tina from Tina’s Teaching Treasures is a classroom teacher from Ontario, Canada. Spending most of her career in primary she has taught combined grades, piloted the primary gifted program, and worked with a variety of students with diverse needs. Tina is a recipient of ETFO’s “Distinguished Educator” award and holds her Reading Specialist.  She has collaborated on a variety of leadership committees including the New Teacher Induction Program (NTIP) and guest speaking for Brock’s Faculty of Education program. Christina from Hanging Around In Primary has taught Kindergarten through 4th grade over the past 23 years.  She currently teaches First Grade, the grade she is most passionate about.  Christina’s main goal as an early primary educator is to instill a love of learning in her students through engaging, hands-on activities.  She has started her reading specialist and has been a part of many PD opportunities in the areas of reading, writing and math.  Christina is always looking for ways to grow as a learner herself and stays current with the latest trends in education.  She shares her love of teaching on her blog Hanging Around In Primary and on her Facebook page as well. Erin from Mrs. Beattie's Classroom has taught Grades 2-6 in Ontario over the last 19 years. Currently teaching grade 2/3, she strives to engage her students with differentiated, hands-on activities. Erin has completed her three-part mathematics specialist qualifications and strives to stay current with educational trends, technology and research.
